Having social services involved with your children can be a very stressful time. It can be equally stressful if you are a relative of someone in this situation.

Clients often feel ashamed and alone with no one knowledgeable to turn to ask questions confidently.

We are here to make that process less scary and ensure that you understand the process and what the possible outcomes can be which is vital.

It is important to get advice early in order to maximise your chance of a positive outcome as once court proceedings start – known as care proceedings – it can be too late to make the changes that are needed.

Often the advice in these cases is fully covered by legal aid regardless of your income so please cone and speak to one of our experts about what we can do to help you and fight back.
