Having joined Watson Ramsbottom in 2015, Ben deals with all residential property transactions and specialises/manages our Remortgages department. Ben also deals with all aspects of Help to Buy, Transfers of Equity, Freehold Purchases and dealing with 2nd Charge Loans.

He also has experience of helping clients to acquire land through adverse possession, registering property based on lost deeds and has represented clients at the Central London County Court in matters relating to company charges.

Ben graduated with a law degree from Lancaster University in 2021. Ben is regularly recommended by a number of large mortgage brokers, home developers and estate agents.
