Charlotte joined our Blackburn branch as a HR advisor/assistant. Charlotte comes from a background of HR related roles, taking on a number of duties and positions at various businesses over the years. Here at WR, Charlotte assists with: ensuring a successful development of the firm in the following areas:

• Recruitment
• Inductions
• Preparation of documents
• Liaising and working with managers to manage employee relations, such as sickness Maintenance of the HR system

Outside of the office, Charlotte loves spending time with her family and attending live gigs of her favourite bands.
